Air Rifles

This activity takes place in our indoor range, using .177 air rifles. The aim is to hit the target consistently, scoring the best possible score.

Archery

Archery is one of our most popular activities and takes place on one of four covered outdoor ranges.  The aim is to hit the target consistently, scoring the best possible score.

Crazy Golf

Our nine hole course is situated at the bottom of the Walled Garden near the Challenge Course. Groups can book hour long sessions, or smaller groups can just have a go.

Fencing

Brand new at Beaudesert, fencing session include the opportunity to have a go at fencing using all the equipment – masks, jackets, gloves and foils (swords).

Frisbee Golf

A bit like golf in there are a number of ‘holes’ but using frisbees to hit a target in the trees.

Mini Fencing

For children aged 6 to 10  years we have Mini Fencing. The foils (swords) are plastic.  The plastic masks have mesh visors.

Soft Archery

Soft Archery is a ‘mini’ version of archery which provides child-friendly equipment.  The arrows also have suckers on. The bows are prefect for younger participants.

Master at Arms Activity Badge Weekend Residential

The Master of Arms Badge can be booked at a weekend which suits you.

Beaudesert provides the instruction and the catering.  All you need to decide is whether you using your own tents, our Tented Village or one of our buildings to sleep in.

Here is what you will do over the weekend:

  • Attend regular training sessions in a relevant activity like fencing, shooting or archery. You should train for at least six sessions.
  • Show how you’ve improved in technique.
  • Learn the safety rules associated with your activity and show how to follow them.
  • Take part in your chosen activity at an officially supervised contest. Afterwards, talk to the instructor about your performance and how you can improve.

Beaudesert will arrange a mix for training sessions based on your requirements.

How much? The price for this Badge Weekend is the same as a 2-night Weekend Residential package. Our current prices are available here.
