Fully catered, activity package, Christmas campfire, Christmas lunch, accommodation for 1 night, and visit to Santa.

Friday nights

Arrive for 7.00pm and set up your bed. Then there are games, a Christmas campfire, visit to Santa and hot dog before bed. Saturday starts with breakfast followed by a mix of scheduled activity sessions and some queue-and-do activities (including some  of our on-site activities). A hot Christmas lunch is included and departure is at 4pm.  At mid morning and mid afternoon squash or hot chocolate, mince pies, cakes or biscuits are served.

Saturday nights

Arrival is at 9am, after storing any luggage, it’s straight into a mix of scheduled activities and some queue-and-do activities (including some  of our on-site activities) until 4pm. A hot Christmas lunch is provided and after the activities there is time to move into your accommodation and sort your bedding before a lighter evening meal at 5.00pm. In the evening there are games, a Christmas campfire, visit to Santa and hot dog before bed. Breakfast is provided before departure. At mid morning and mid afternoon squash or hot chocolate, mince pies, cakes or biscuits are served.

The centre is well decorated for Christmas including lots of lights and our annual staff Christmas window displays that you are able to vote for.   Some activities and craft are Christmas themed where possible.

On Friday 4th December the Christmas Campfire is replaced by our annual site Christmas carol service with additional entertainment.  You visit on this day still includes hot dog and visit to Santa.  The carol service starts at 7-30pm and the Christmas lights are turned on at 8pm. Your group will then have a chance to visit Santa followed by a hot dog and drink.

Buildings are not available to book for this event. Instead we allocate beds as numbers dictate. This may mean that you are sharing a building with another group, or that you may be spread across more than one building. Young people will always be in buildings with their leaders.

£42 per young person, £30 per leaders

9-30am Queue and do Craft and Cooking workshops

11am Archery

12 noon Monkey Trees

1pm Christmas Lunch

1-45pm Visit shop

2-15pm Queue and do Circus skills, Pyrography, Mini crossbows, Crazy Golf

3pm Pedal karts

4pm Move into your building, sort out bedding

5pm Evening Meal

6pm Walk around and judge the Christmas Windows

6-30pm Games

7-30pm Campfire

8-30pm visit Santa

9pm Hot dog and drink
