This qualification is for those undertaking the role of a workplace first aider, but will also be working on forestry commission land. The QNUK Level 3 Award in First aid at Work +F (RQF) has been developed to meet the Forestry Commission First aid requirements, and the first aid requirements under the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981.

There are a few requirements like you need to be 16 years old, be able to do CPR on the floor, and be OK with English, but generally most people who work in forestry are OK with it.
Course Price £200 inc VAT per person, includes refreshments and lunch each day and registration and certificate.
It is basically the standard three-day First Aid at Work course plus some extra time on each day looking at Forestry first aid.
