Funding…

As a charitable trust, Beaudesert is almost completely self funding through the fees charged by the activity centre. Further funding is sought from other sources including donations of money, materials and time and sponsorship.

You can donate to our current projects by making a

Paypal payment  Adding the project title as your reference

or by posting a cheque payable to “The Beaudesert Trust” to Beaudesert Trust, Site Office, Beaudesert Park, Cannock Wood, WS154JJ writing donation and the project title on the back of the cheque

Current projects:

Podded village fund

We are currently starting an ambitious project to install a 60 bed Podded village in The Walled Garden.  This will host 12 Glamping pods with various numbers of beds in each.  There will be a campfire circle, toilet and access to a kitchen and dining hall in the stables, kitted out with commercial cookers.

We need to raise £250,000 for this.  Businesses or individuals can sponsor a pod from £20,000. Sponsorship will enable you to have your business name and logo on the front of the POD and marketing on our social media when the village is completed.

Smaller donations are welcome too.

Climbing wall fund

We are currently raising £100,000 for a new climbing wall.

This new climbing wall will be a multi faced tower with additional high ropes elements and an abseiling face.  It will be located in the walled garden.  The overall cost for this project is around £100,000  and we are seeking donations from all areas.  Any donations are welcomed. Donations have started coming in for this project.

Donations of Materials

Donations of materials are really valuable and greatly appreciated.

We welcome a variety of items including camping equipment, activity equipment (we won’t take used helmets and harnesses), and maintenance or environmental materials. If you have anything that you think we might find useful, please do not hesitate to email fundraising@beaudesert.org.uk

Please note – unfortunately we are not interested in anything that is not in full working order or that can not be easily fixed.  This creates additional tasks that we do not have the resources for.

Financial Donations or Sponsorship

If you would like to make a financial donation, provide sponsorship for something specific, or leave a legacy in your will we would be extremely grateful. External funding such as this allows us to carry out projects that we would not normally be able to achieve. If you would like to make a financial contribution, please do not hesitate to email fundraising@beaudesert.org.uk

We are happy to show our appreciation for your donation or sponsorship by displaying a plaque on site or promoting your organisation via our website.
