Senior Activity Instructor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Outdoor Activity Instructor. Ideally you will have at least 2years experience at another centre along with one or more National Governing Body awards such as CWI,RCI, ERCA or PSI. The role involves supporting the activity manager in staff management, safety, training and delivering outdoor activities such as high ropes kayaking, archery and rifle shooting to young people. A professional approach and an enthusiastic attitude is required.

Catering Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can manage the Catering team.  You will lead the way forward with tasty menus and a welcoming team whose aim is to look after every guest. You will have experience of catering for large numbers, stock control and ordering, food hygiene, dietary care and of managing a team, a kitchen and a dining room.   You will be taking over a well-established catering department with an established menu and team. For the first season your focus will be on managing the team to deliver this menu and ensuring our food hygiene standards remain high.

Cook

We are looking for a cook to join our team, cooking for staff and customers, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Lunch shift 11am to 2pm and evening dinner 4pm to 7pm.  Cooking easy meals.

Freelance Activity Instructors

We are looking for freelance activity instructors to join our pool of instructors for 2024.  You will need to hold one of the following Archery GB instructor, NSRA Instructor. To apply please email centremanager@beaudesert.org.uk 

Casual staff

Join our team of casual activity instructors paid through our payroll.  You must have at least 1 of the following:  NSRA shooting award, Archery GB archery instructor, British Fencing instructor award, or experience in leading quality bushcraft sessions.  To apply please complete the Application Form   and return it to centremanager@beaudesert.org.uk
